• 6–8 players per roster
• $400 flat rate per team (covers the full 6 weeks)

I met the owner, and she was so sweet! After seeing everything they’re offering, I wanted to help spread the word. They have so many opportunities for athletes to develop and teams to grow—from hitting and pitching clinics to youth strength and conditioning, a gym dedicated to fastpitch athletes, and a pro shop!
They’ve also hosted clinics with college players and events connecting athletes with recovery and injury assessment resources. I love seeing that kind of investment in our girls and their development. 💗

Introducing our Youth Strength & Conditioning 101 series! This 4-week program is designed for softball athletes ages 6-12 to help them build physical literacy, core strength, and lasting foundational fitness.
Led by Stacey Bryant—former softball player, physical education teacher in the Lee’s Summit School District—your athlete will learn safe, effective, and age-appropriate bodyweight exercises in a fun, high-energy environment!
🗓️ WHEN: Tuesdays (Nov 10, 17, 24 & Dec 1)
👥 SESSIONS:
• Session 1 (Ages 6–9): 6 – 7PM
• Session 2 (Ages 10–12): 7 PM – 8 PM
