Performance Baseball X2

With the conclusion of the Perfect Game World Championship comes the end of Year 1 for the Performance Baseball X2 National Program, and what a year it has been.

Nearly 100 players have gone on to or committed to play College Baseball in 2026, including 46 2027 Grads and 16 2028 Grads to date. Not to mention 2 MLB draft picks, one being a 1st Rounder.

While our teams had plenty of success in some of the most exclusive events including Jupiter and the USA NTC in Cary, we were also well represented by our players on the biggest stages with USA, Area Code, East Coast Pro as well as PG and PBR All-Americans.

It’s been a truly special year, but as always… the best is yet to come! On to 2027!

Congratulations to ‘28 LHP Lane Beacham (Boyd HS, TX) of Performance Baseball 2028/Milwaukee Brewers Scout Team on his commitment to the University of Oklahoma #PB #Performance #X2 #BrewCrew

Another East Texan is joining the Performance Baseball National Program! ‘28 OF/RHP Sam Fitzgerald (Lufkin HS, TX) has made quite the impact for Lufkin Baseball in his first couple of years. He is one of the better athletes in ETX proving to be a high level defender who can hit for both power and average after breaking the Single Season School record for RBI’s with 41 in 2026. He was also the Ace for the Panthers and his dominance on both sides of the ball landed him the Sophomore of the Year in the District. He will definitely be a player to follow for College Coaches this Spring, and will make a splash on the Circuit this Summer! #PB #Performance #X2
