🗣️ "It's been great to have him back. What’s more, he's done nothing but please me in his work since returning from a year out. He'd done plenty of rehab work with us in the spring and Lisa Hales and her team did a great job with him over the summer.

"He has come to hand so quickly that the Betfair Chase is now a possibility for his first run as he needs to go left-handed. He had an away day with Regent's Stroll last week and will have another before he returns.

"I'd be surprised if he were straight enough to win a Betfair Chase first time back from a layoff, but we've got to start somewhere. I'll stick him in at Leopardstown over Christmas; he's already won round there and three miles should be ideal.

"A bit later the Cotswold Chase at the end of January might suit. We need to find out whether he’s a real stayer or not, whether he's a Ryanair horse or a Gold Cup horse.

"I honestly wouldn't know at the minute, but I do know he's not short on speed. And I know he's a high-class chaser, so of course he's really exciting."
