first hackathon win πŸ’₯

I’m still smiling at my screen. Arcurrent just won an Arc Microgrant.

First, thank you. @DoraHacks for running a program that reads past the pitch and checks the chain. @arc for building somewhere a solo builder can ship something real, with real USDC, on mainnet, and still get a proper look.

So what did I actually build?

Picture an AI agent that pays your invoices on its own. Great, until you ask the question that keeps everyone up at night: what happens if its keys leak?

I wanted the answer to live in a contract, not in a promise. So Arcurrent keeps the agent’s money in a vault it can never withdraw from. The owner sets the rules on-chain: a cap per payment, a daily budget, a list of approved payees, a pause switch. Even a stolen key can only spend what you allowed. The worst day is a number you chose.

Every payment is a mandate on MandateEscrow, an open contract with no owner. Anyone can fund one, fulfil one, or read one. It’s live on Arc mainnet with verified source, and the agent has already paid real invoices through it. Don’t take my word for it: arcurrent.site

There’s an SDK and an MCP server on npm too, so other agents can pay through the same vault.

It isn’t audited, so I keep balances small and say so out loud. Honest limits beat a shiny pitch.

To everyone who tested it, tried to break it, or just told me to keep going: thank you. More soon.

I've been looking more closely at @MontraXYZ and there's something interesting about what they're building on @ElysiumEco

Must read πŸ‘‡

A lot of attention in crypto goes to launching new tokens. But there's a bigger question worth asking.

What happens after a token launches?

Where does its liquidity go? How does trading work? Can liquidity disappear? What do creators and holders actually earn? And how can builders benefit from the ecosystem?

Montra is approaching these questions with a different launch model. Let me break it down.

1. What exactly is Montra?

Montra is a token launchpad and trading ecosystem built on Elysium, Kinetiq's chain that settles to HyperEVM.

It runs on the official Uniswap v4 deployment on Elysium, with HYPE used for gas.

The idea is to give anyone the ability to launch a token, create its market and make it tradable from the very first block.

Montra also operates on a non-custodial model. Users interact through their own wallets, and Montra doesn't take custody of their funds.

2. What makes its launch mechanism interesting?

This is where things get particularly interesting.

A typical token launch can involve a bonding curve, followed by a migration to another liquidity pool once certain conditions are reached.

Montra takes a different route.

When someone launches a token, a single transaction handles the important steps:

β€’ Creates the token.
β€’ Creates its Uniswap v4 liquidity pool.
β€’ Places the entire token supply into the pool.
β€’ Locks the initial liquidity.
β€’ Allows the creator to make an optional first purchase.

If any step fails, the entire transaction reverts.

There's no separate graduation migration or second liquidity setup to worry about.

3. The liquidity model is worth understanding.

Montra starts each token with 100% of its supply placed into one liquidity position.

That initial position is locked permanently by the protocol's hook. The hook has no function that allows it to withdraw that liquidity.

As people buy, tokens are gradually purchased from the position and the price moves upward through the pool.

The interesting part is that there is no bonding curve to migrate away from. The original pool remains the token's market.

Montra also defines two important milestones:

β€’ Graduation happens when approximately 76% of the initial supply has been bought out of the seed.
β€’ The LP line is reached when approximately 92% has been bought out.

These are milestones within the same pool, not a migration to another exchange.

4. Creators have control over how trading fees are structured.

Montra supports five fee tiers:

1%, 2%, 3%, 5% and 10%.

The selected fee applies to both buys and sells.

The fee distribution is also an important part of the design. Depending on the selected configuration, the creator's share can go to the creator, a split arrangement or token holders.

Montra's protocol share is 0.4% of each trade.

That creates a fee structure where token activity can support the project behind the token, its chosen beneficiaries and the launchpad itself.

5. Holders can earn from trading activity.

This is another feature worth paying attention to.

A token creator can configure trading fees to reward holders.

When that option is selected, eligible wallets earn a proportional share based on how many tokens they hold.

Rewards are paid in the token's paired asset.

For example, a token paired with HYPE distributes its holder rewards in HYPE.

The rewards build up over time and are streamed over one hour. Holders can claim whenever they want, paying gas but no additional claiming fee.

This gives token communities another reason to stay involved beyond simply watching the price chart.

6. Montra is also thinking about early launch trading.

Anyone familiar with new token launches knows how quickly early buyers can enter a market.

Montra has an optional anti-snipe fee mechanism. πŸ‘‡

Last call for the @FungoLabs X campaign.

It closes today at 15:30 UTC, same time the Genesis auction ends. After that, nothing else counts.

If you still have posts ready, send your best five now. Leaderboard comes after it closes. The 300M $FUNGO drops at TGE.

Quick reminder why this one stood out:

First encrypted NFTs on Ethereum with Zama FHE. Everything mints sealed. Art and traits stay private to the holder. Contracts can still work with the hidden data without unlocking it.

Genesis is 3,232 pieces. Free mint already done. Sealed auction running right now in cZAMA.

Tokenomics are clean. Fixed 10B supply. 36% equal to every Genesis NFT. 7% to Zama OG. 3% to this campaign. Team locked for a year.

Seven day claim window after TGE or it burns.

Final hours. Get it in.
