Extremely disappointed in @AmericanAir for involuntarily denying boarding to our family of 6, including 4 kids under 10, due to “overbooking”. No initial apology or rationale given, only a vague reference to a “corporate decision”. Airlines need to do better.#CustomerServiceFail
