Community safety and law and order begin with a secure southern border. For 17 straight months, there have been zero releases at the southern border, a clear sign that strong border enforcement and effective policies are making a difference. We must continue supporting the men and women on the front lines who work every day to protect our communities…!

Happy Halloween #VA02…! 🎃 Hope you all get to enjoy more treats than tricks today! And be sure to watch out for our tiny trick-or-treaters tonight…! #HappyHalloween

Yesterday I was joined by Congressman Brett Guthrie for a tour of STIHL’s manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach…! We had the opportunity to meet with company leadership and see firsthand the important work being done to support good paying jobs and local domestic manufacturing in Hampton Roads. Thank you to @RepGuthrie for coming to #VA02 and to @STIHLUSA for your continued investment in Virginia!

This morning I celebrated the opening of a new McDonald’s franchise right here in Virginia Beach..! This restaurant will bring 50 new jobs to the area and provide delicious hamburgers and fries for everyone! The franchise also presented checks to @OceanLakesHS Athletics and @operationsmile in support of their work in our community. Thank you to Zak Hayes and the @McDonalds team for the invitation and for investing in Virginia Beach…!
