Thank you, Governor! I am excited for the important work ahead.

We have secured a winning margin of votes and just got word from the Florida Department of State that there will be no recount in our race. The remaining overseas ballots that may come in will not mathematically change the outcome and will be added to the final tally.

I am honored by the faith the people of Central Florida have placed in me and will work to maintain their trust each and every day.

I am incredibly grateful to God, my beautiful wife, our family and our amazing supporters, and look forward to getting to Washington this week for orientation.

Great way to start the morning — raising money with my boys for a charity that’s close to our hearts.

I wanted to provide a quick update on our race.
While our elections officials complete their important work, our team is fully confident I have secured the votes needed to win.
We will continue to watch closely, but there simply aren’t enough ballots to overcome a lead of nearly 2000 votes. I am preparing for the important work ahead and look forward to serving the people of Congressional District 7.
