Our Senior physicists did the school and themselves proud at the WoSPEG physics competition semi-finals, coming second in their group, and scoring 19/20 in the written section. Many thanks to the staff at WoSPEG and Glasgow Caledonian University. @StThomasAqSec @MrsFarrellDHT

WAGOLL: Some amazing results achieved by S2 scientists during the experiment showing neutralisation by dilution. Excellent work following the multiple instructions and accurate measurement of solutions @StThomasAqSec

Excellent use of red cabbage indicator to create a colourful set of results from which S2 pupils were able to identify which substances were acid, alkali or neutral. @StThomasAqSec

Huge congratulations to our new school dux for 2024! Well done Barbod! An outstanding young man! @StThomasAqSec @MrsRitchieSTA @MrsFarrellDHT @meehan_miss
