I spent 25 years as a Filmmaker. Showrunning, directing, and producing TV, films, and commercials for dozens of major networks and global brands including Apple+, HBO Max, Discovery, MTV, YouTube Originals, and many more. Won an Emmy. Led crews of 300+. Led projects with Mark Hamill, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kim Cattrall, Logic, the Kardashians, Nelly, Meek Mill, and a U.S. Presidential campaign. Then I went quiet.

I became a Creative Technologist and AI Systems Architect. Spent the last few years heads down, learning every tool, trying every framework, breaking things, rebuilding them, pushing past the limits of what these systems can do. And my own limits. I iterated over and over and over. When something broke, I figured out why. When a tool couldn't do what I needed, I built the tool. When I hit a wall, I went around it. I'm now building custom agentic AI ecosystems — multi-agent systems that run 24/7, autonomously managing operations, generating content, and scaling business workflows for elite individuals and major companies.

I haven't had this much fun in years. It's the same feeling I had as a kid picking up a camera for the first time — falling in love with something so deeply that you can't stop thinking about it. Except this time the creative possibilities are truly endless. We are only limited by our own fears — not the tools. I'm all in.

This is where I'll share what inspires me, what I'm experimenting with, what I'm building, what I'm breaking, and everything I'm learning along the way — at the intersection of Tech, AI, Agentic Systems, and 25 years of creative leadership. Follow along if you're curious about the exciting and unknown that lays ahead — from someone diving in head first every day, not just talking about it.

Wow. Thanks @MiaAI_lab for the strong rec of our Imagination Studio. Can’t wait for your ideas and to see what you make. Our goal was to make the best all in one creative suite you could run locally and enable more people to make things without the worry of subscriptions.

This is the best image/video gen suite you can run on your DGX Spark, bare none. Highly recommend you to try it out.

It completely replaced the use of ChatGPT to generate images. It works extremely good on just one spark.

I'll be contributing to it as much as can as I think it's really that good. Kudos to @u1tra_instinct and @SamJWasserman for building this.

So glad @JoshDaws took the leap of face and trusted my advice to get some dgx sparks. He wired up Imagination Studio by @u1tra_instinct and I and is off to the races. Love seeing people creating with this. Fully local open source option for all in one creative work.

This was made 100% with local models. Every frame and every sound in this cartoon came from AI models running on an NVIDIA DGX Spark on my desk. No cloud generation, no subscriptions.

"Santa and the Little Lost Star"
All I typed was "make a Christmas short under a minute" (plus "Santa" and "1930s cartoon style"). I didn't write the story, plan the shots or edit it. Opus 5.5 came up with the story, wrote the narration, generated every shot on the Spark, rejected the bad takes, mixed the sound and cut it together.

It took about 4 and a half hours today. The first full cut was done in an hour. The rest was agent directed polishing: 28 video renders, about 3 hours of GPU time, for 22 seconds of finished film.

It was all made in Imagination Studio, a free, open-source local film studio built by @SamJWasserman. This thing is ridiculous. One installer downloads every model you need, and an AI agent can drive the whole thing.

What made what (all running locally):
Video: MiniMax H3 (FastH3) with the Studio 1939 LoRA by @OdinLovis for the golden-age hand-painted look
Title card: MOSS-Image
End card: FLUX3-K
Keyframe fixes: Qwen-Image 2.1
Narrator and Santa's voice: Fish Audio Drama 3
Score: MiniMax Music 3
The "Merry Christmas everyone" song: YuE2 Sound effects: Stable Audio Open

Crazy wild alternates to video gen. Lately pure code has been creating video. Now this. I’m fascinated to dive deeper into an alternative to noise based video models or potentially a hybrid approach. Team @startvoyager and @ravisparikh doing fascinating things. Excited to dive in.

Dear Claude: you are being held back by human-centric graphics APIs.

I've built a 3D and VFX engine where agents can write their own shaders, materials, cameras, physics.

The core API fits in ~2,500 tokens.

Vork is:
• 2x more token-efficient vs Blender, Unreal Engine, Houdini
• Up to 24x faster rendering times
• Rust and Slang based engine, runs on GPU via Metal/Vulkan

Below is a simulation of 1 million birds - each with unique trajectories - rendered in 97 sec on one NVIDIA L4 GPU (Blender EEVEE: 31 minutes)
