A valuable day at the 51 Brigade HQ Scotland Firm Base Conference 2026.

I was pleased to share findings from my 2026 Progress Report and hear contributions from across the Armed Forces community supporting the vision of “Join Well, Serve Well, Leave Well”.

The Scottish Veterans Commissioner’s Office was pleased to be represented at a special event celebrating BRAVEHOUND’s 10th anniversary.

Congratulations to the whole team on this important milestone and for the support they continue to provide to the veteran community.

As a Trustee of the Thistle Trust, I attended an exhibition at the British Embassy in Berlin recognising the work of the Kutenholz community.

Led by Debbie Bülau BEM, it is an inspiring example of remembrance bringing families and communities together across borders.
