Seattle fans, we don’t know when this process will start, but let’s stay the course and enjoy the ride. – Seattle is Ready!

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver appeared on The Pat McAfee Show yesterday, clarifying his stance on NBA expansion. We know Seattle is in good hands with its prospective ownership group, and we’re just hoping the NBA shares our enthusiasm. As always, we’re ready to welcome the Sonics home! 💚💛

With excitement around NBA expansion continuing to build, Samantha Holloway — owner of the Seattle Kraken and managing partner of One Roof Sports & Entertainment — was asked about the possibility of the NBA returning to Seattle while speaking at the VenuesNow Conference this week.

Her response echoed what Seattle basketball fans have been saying for years:

“I think Seattle is really ready for a team. Obviously, we’re ready. The building is ready. The fans are ready.”

We couldn’t agree more. 💚💛🏀

Building takes work — and this team has been putting it in all season. 💚💛

A young team finding its stride, a city behind them, and one more chance to get loud together.

Tonight, we pack the house and show up for the Storm. One more game. Let’s make it count. 🌩️
