Mourning the loss of my friend, Senator Jay Rockefeller. A leader in the fight to deliver e-rate for children across the country and a consumer protection and online privacy champion. My thoughts are with his family and friends as we mourn this profound loss.

Congratulations to my Congresswoman @WhipKClark, the first woman to serve as Majority Leader in the US House of Representatives. There is no one better to lead our Commonwealth and our country as we take back the majority and take on Donald Trump.

Senator Chris Murphy is working nonstop to protect our democracy and support democratic candidates up and down the ballot. I am relieved to hear he is on the road to recovery and my thoughts are with him and his family.

Glad that following our oversight and local advocacy, Amazon is withdrawing their application to launch autonomous delivery drones in Central Mass at this time. Residents deserve a say in what happens in their communities and I will keep fighting to give them a seat at the table.

We’ve already secured $280 million in federal funding for West-East Rail—and now, we’re announcing $30 million to make railway crossings in West Springfield safer. We’re on an express route to a more connected Commonwealth.
