Homeownership is an essential part of the American dream, yet too many feel it is out of reach. I am working to make the dream of homeownership a reality through my Affordable HOMES Act by cutting unnecessary federal regulations and lowering housing prices for Idahoans.

2026 has been a historic year for nuclear energy, and we are only getting started. From three micro reactors going critical at @INL to advancing nuclear innovation, I’m proud to lead legislation that pushes the development of this essential energy source forward!

As Idahoans, we are blessed to live in the most beautiful state in the country. I am committed to protecting our state’s extraordinary public lands. This year, I introduced and advanced major bills like the Wildfire Prevention Act and America the Beautiful Act to maintain our public lands and natural resources for generations to come.

Small businesses are the backbone of Idaho’s economy, and over 12,000 of those are run by veterans. I am proud to work with @SBA_Kelly to bring a Veteran Business Outreach Center to Idaho to help our veteran entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses.

Supporting our service members and caring for military families are essential to sustaining a ready and capable force. I’m asking the Air Force to review housing boundaries for Mountain Home Air Force Base to best accommodate our Airmen and ease housing pressures.
