@exactlyprotocol will vote on five @coinbase stock-token collateral markets on Base, enabling fixed-rate $USDC borrowing without selling if approved and implemented.

Exa Labs proposes NVDAc, AAPLc, METAc, GOOGLc and AMZNc deposits as collateral, with borrowing of those stock tokens disabled.

They aim to:
- Offer fixed-rate installments and expand Exa Card collateral beyond crypto.
- Generate treasury fees through added borrowing, potentially raising USDC depositor yields.
- Establish a fixed-rate tokenized-stock venue on Base, reaching holders through @Exa_App and @UpholdInc.

Existing identity checks would enforce non-US-person eligibility. The proposal describes dividends and splits adjusting token value rather than balances to preserve integration compatibility.

@chainlink feeds update after moves greater than 0.5% or every 24 hours, whichever comes first during operating hours. They retain their last values over weekends and US market holidays while onchain trading continues.

Exa Labs warns reopening updates could trigger liquidations before liquidators can act, with sales facing thin trading liquidity. It proposes collateral factors sized for multiday price gaps, deposit caps sized to trading liquidity and a 5% liquidator fee.

The launch covers five large-cap stocks from one regulated issuer. Exa Labs argues collateral-only use and caps would bound issuer-failure losses, while external feeds prevent trading-pool manipulation from setting collateral values without eliminating reopening risk.

Voting is pending, with a 100,000 EXA quorum. Voting starts October 21st at 4:09pm UTC and closes October 26th at 4:09pm UTC.

@PancakeSwap is voting to give liquidity providers 88% of v3 and Infinity trading fees, reducing reliance on newly minted $CAKE incentives.

The Treasury gets 12%, with its non-stablecoin portion funding CAKE buybacks but no commitment to destroy those tokens. Existing Infinity pools keep their fixed provider fee while total trading fees fall.

Daily CAKE issuance would fall from 22,500 to 11,000, then 7,000, with the remainder funding ecosystem growth.

The Kitchen, posting through @chef_mustard, argues scarcity needs platform growth. Following feedback, rollout completion now requires the existing 20% supply-reduction target.

@juapia welcomes the revision but seeks ongoing token burns to connect trading activity to holder value, particularly if trading shifts away from v2.

Passage of this binding vote authorizes team implementation, subject to rollout milestones.

6 wallets have cast 906,996 CAKEVOTE so far: 0.0% For, 100.0% Against rounded (10 For; 906,986 Against), clearing the 1 CAKEVOTE quorum.

Voting closes October 24th at 8:07am UTC.

@beets_fi is voting to authorize up to 141,000 $USDC for October 2026-March 2027, halving contributor funding while retaining its infrastructure cap.

The contributor proposal cites uncertain markets and subdued @SonicLabs ecosystem activity; the infrastructure proposal expects higher costs from handling services previously shared with @Balancer following its wind-down.

- Contributor funding would fall from 40,000 to 20,000 USDC/month, paid as 120,000 USDC upon approval. Responsibilities stay unchanged; delivery could slow.
- Infrastructure funding would authorize up to 21,000 USDC under the unchanged 3,500 USDC/month cap. Expected costs are ~$2,000/month; exceeding the cap requires a separate funding proposal.

10 wallets have cast 8,258,843 maBEETS so far on each separate ballot: 83.6% For, 16.4% Against, 0.0% Abstain; both have reached 206.5% of the required quorum.

Voting closes October 24th at 10:31am UTC.

@aave is voting to add gold collateral designed to earn returns to V4 under two separate ~$2M deposit caps.

@paxoslabs’ $PAXGy shares are designed to redeem for more PAXG as lending earns returns. Holders could borrow USDG or PAXG against them; PAXGy itself would not be borrowable. New PAXG borrowing would be capped at ~$1.7M.

@LlamaRisk backs listing, citing contract safeguards, an audit and bug bounty, conditional on $3M of committed trading liquidity being live at listing. It flags concentrated lending, issuer valuations, uninsured default losses and institution-only redemption. Losses could halt pricing and forced collateral sales before a delayed price reduction.

This off-chain vote confirms support. Listing still requires a V4 Security Council transaction, with final settings determined by risk providers.

35 wallets have cast 495 AAVE so far: 100.0% For. No quorum is set.

Voting closes October 23rd at 6:24pm UTC.
