Dr. @pompili_cecilia highlights the need to invest in PREMs & PROMs for patients with lung cancer as part of a 24 hour global webinar. QoL can predict complications - need to listen to what are pts are telling us. Unfortunately, underutilization continues, missed opportunities.

R-ALPS results @JAMAOnc - consolidation benmelstobart (PD-L1) +/- anlotinib after chemoradiation for unresectable NSCLC. Benmelstobart vs placebo PFS HR 0.53 and benmelstobart + anlotinib vs placebo PFS HR 0.49 but G3-5 TRAEs 49% with benmelstobart + anlotinib combination (vs 29.4% benmelstobart alone).

Retrospective description of HER2 mutant NSCLC (n=158) shows 1L therapy patterns: chemo-IO 36.1% and chemo 27.8% (rwPFS 5.7m, OS 17.5m); 2L patterns ICI (23.8%, chemo-IO 16.3%, HER2 ADC 16.3%.
