CMS has released the final 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. The rule narrows some proposals the ACS opposed, but significant concerns remain.

The ACS aggressively opposes these harmful payment policies. We will continue challenging payment decisions that fail to recognize the full work of caring for surgical patients.
