We’re upgrading our Delay Repay system and introducing Payit™ by NatWest as a new way to receive compensation.

Most customers won’t need to take any action, but if you use Delay Repay, there are a few things you need to know.

Hull Paragon Interchange fell silent today as TransPennine Express colleagues, veterans and local communities gathered for a remembrance service honouring those who served their country.

🧑🏼‍🍼 We're introducing baby on board badges across our network, helping pregnant customers more easily access support during their journeys.

The badges, which will be available from stations and carried by conductors as part of their everyday equipment, allow expectant mothers to indicate that they may need a seat or extra consideration while travelling.
