ESG ratings generally assess how companies or other entities, assets, or financial products perform against environmental, social and governance criteria.

Firms providing ESG ratings in the UK will need our authorisation by 29 June 2028.

We’ve secured High Court undertakings to ensure global crypto exchange HTX will not knowingly promote cryptoasset services unlawfully to UK consumers.

HTX is no longer active in the UK. UK users should visit its website for information about the availability of its services and arrangements for withdrawing any residual assets.
