Great insights from Dr. @nlinmd at #SNOASCO2026:
-CNS mets can harbor distinct biology not captured by the primary.
-CSF ctDNA may provide a more sensitive window into CNS disease vs plasma.
-Lack of penetration across intact BBB does not necessarily predict lack of CNS activity.
