Shows how important PPE is, even when your patient isn't symptomatic! My sister works in L&D in NYC, makes me wonder how many cases of #COVIDー19 she's seen without realizing it.

In other cool cases, this was from an ortho consult on ID inpatient.Originally billed as a standard explant, op note fairly benign. My spidey sense went up when I saw three of each culture sent.
