Heading into the final stretch with 3 games left in the regular season. I can’t help but reflect on this first year in player personnel.
This season has completely confirmed my calling. Day in and day out, I’ve put my head down to embrace the grind of scouting and evaluation, learning every facet of roster management, and adding real value to our staff.
Southern took a chance on me and opened the door; something I will never take for granted.

DFO of the Year 🔥
This might have been one of the most challenging trips I’ve planned. I really wish we did a “Day in the life of a DFO” so you all could get a glimpse. But the WIN made it worth it.
Thanks @CoachNWilliams for unofficially voting me DFO of the Week lol.View quoted post on X
