It's self-care Sunday ✨ Here are our tips on how to write a gratitude list, to help group yourself and cheer yourself up if you're feeling down. What would you put on your gratitude list?

Late last week was the announcement of a new cross-government Mental Health Strategy for England.

A cross-government approach is desperately needed to tackle the inequalities in care across England, ensuring safe and quality treatment for anyone who needs it.
