Ramping up production

303 stainless stainless steel transformed into the Thelio Prime front IO and power button block. To achive the spiral effect, we lift the face mill tool 5 thousanths of an inch from the top of the part to the bottom. US manufacturing!

Because aluminum is soft, threads wear out with use. We use stainless steel pemcerts that are press-fit into Thelio Prime's 1.5mm aluminum. No matter how many times you open your Thelio Prime, the threads will never wear out.
