@boots, how is it possible that your branch at Padstow won’t sell us some saline water to wash sand out the eye of a friend because they closed the till. You are supposed to help and this is exactly the opposite.

@UPS_UK I wonder what does it say about your values when you take personal package for EU and instead of going all the way to tell your customers that they need a commercial invoice, you write it in the label fine print, charge the customer and return them the package.
