Hegotá: scoped in one world, shipping into another.

The intelligence curve had already changed slope by the time the fork was scoped. By mainnet it’s off the chart.

This is going to be a wild fork to look back on in a couple of years.

Anthropic has 3 finished models none of us can use

Model 2: done in July
Model 3: done Aug-Sep
Model 4: done Sep-Oct

METR says Anthropic is now improving at ~1.9x its old pace, and they guess ~80% of that speedup is AI doing the research

Opus 5.5 isn't their best model anymore
