President Tokayev's Address to the Nation: Kazakhstan will fully unlock RWA tokenization so citizens can co-own companies and assets, and entrepreneurs can raise capital directly, without excess intermediaries. A people's digital economy, built on-chain.

Tokayev made the point in his October 28 Address, tying tokenization to his "people's digital economy" goal: technology used for every citizen's wellbeing. Next year the government and business are also due to launch regional digital pilots for rural producers.
