Congrats! The first. Amazing, depressing and unsurprising all at once. Why has it taken the rest of us so long? I suspect Dr. Cooper fits the adage - “twice as good to get half as far.” We must do better. Breakdown systemic racism. From pre-K to full professor demand equity. 1/2
