Congratulations to the incoming members of the 120th Congress!

We are at an interesting political moment. As technological innovation continues to accelerate, policymakers will face increasingly complex decisions about how emerging technologies, especially AI, are developed and regulated in the United States. The 120th Congress will confront technology policy questions that will inevitably have significant implications on software developer liability and the future of American innovation.

Defend Developers PAC remains committed to supporting Congressional leaders who champion software developers and a technology-optimistic vision for America’s future. DDPAC will continue to support Congressional leaders who stand up for developer protections to preserve America’s technological leadership.

Crypto builders need a political voice.

Contribute to Defend Developers PAC today to champion the right to build crypto tomorrow.
