an ai influencer reel is dead in a few days. the ai character isn't...

a reel gets most of its views in its first days on instagram, then drops off

but the character is in every reel, so it's the one part of the page that compounds:
- reel 1 has to win over strangers who've never seen the face
- by reel 30, part of every audience has scrolled past that same face before
- brands and shoutout buyers pay for the character, not for last week's reel

so judge a new ai page after 30 swaps, not on any single reel

it was the captain calmly smoking while everyone else panicked

same rule for ai influencer swaps. the viral source already has a punchline beat. keep that beat when you put the character in

how i'd pick the source:
- the clip has one ordinary / wrong action that fights the scene (a smoke, a wave, a glance at the phone)
- that beat lands in the first 5 seconds, so the swap inherits it
- the character replaces the face. the punchline action stays untouched

the character is the new part. the beat is the part that already earned the views
