In the spirit of "cycles often rhyme", as I was reading about the $MRVL $LITE merger today it brought me back to July 2000 & the JDSU/SDLI merger announcement (JDSU was down 13%). Reading about $LITE's biz, it sounded familiar, JDSU completed a spin-off (2015) that became $LITE!
