Did you know that when we add a payee and try to enter the 14-digit account number, if we switch to another window on our PC or laptop and come back to finish entering the a/c number, the digits we entered disappear? And we have to start all over again.
Therefore, did you know this means we have to memorise the full 14-digit account number of the person we want to send money to?
