Read why edgeAI selected our Electron E1 general-purpose processor to develop high-performance, energy-efficient solutions for physical AI and critical infrastructure applications.
We're excited to welcome Jerry Liu to Efficient Computer. Previously a Staff Applications Engineer at Infineon, he created technical content and demos for Bluetooth-enabled microcontrollers. He holds an M.S. in EECS from UC Irvine. Welcome to the team, Jerry!
EdgeAI moved its physical AI products to Electron E1 without rewriting code. The effcc Compiler mapped their existing software to our dataflow architecture, and their models now run on-device at a fraction of the power. ow.ly/BjU15103RlX
The Electron E1 general-purpose processor won Gold in Embedded Computing at the 2026 LEAP Awards. Built on our Fabric spatial dataflow architecture, it brings energy-efficient, general-purpose compute to embedded applications.
Thank you to the LEAP Awards judges for the recognition.
LDPC decoding on evaluation silicon for the Electron E1 general-purpose processor used 14.9x less energy and ran 7.0x faster than on an ARM Cortex-M33-based MCU. A standard C decoder also allows software updates after launch.
