This still feels like Star Trek to me being able to talk naturally to AI, and the bots coordinate with each other for simple things that no "smart task manager" was ever able to do. No one needs a task manager. You need a bot (Grok bot IMHO) and Notion. That's it.

One of the most insanely useful things of using AI inside an Excel file is cleaning up a bunch of Conditional Format cruft. Ever opened a file and because people copying and pasting (you know, normal spreadsheet stuff) you get hundreds and even thousands of conditional formats that can take 5-10 seconds each to delete? AI can do it with magical scripts in your Excel file.
