@AirCanada why does it take so long to approve an airfare refund due to a documented medical emergency? We can’t even get assistance from your customer service who hung up on us while we were discussing? Is this how you treat all your customers?

@AmericanAir YOU FAILED US! Canceled flight Saturday night from Philly. Not due to weather, but timed out pilots (who told passengers this as they boarded). No customer svc agents available. Promised luggage would go to Orlando. IT DID NOT! And now u refuse to get it there.
