Build things that matter, get noticed.

Espresso was 7th most-discussed protocol at @blockworksDAS, where @EspressoSys & @awscloud demoed crosschain collateral management at scale: 1M+ positions recalculated every 0.3s across 4 chains, crosschain margin calls, end to end in <10s

The top two protocols aren't a surprise, but the list gets more interesting a few protocols down.

Hyperliquid coming from nowhere to the THIRD most discussed protocol at DAS (!).

Just behind them is @Morpho and @EspressoSys .

Maybe infra isn't as dead as everyone thinks?

Subsecond finality in September. 1 million TPS in October. Espresso keeps getting faster and more scalable, and all of it is live on mainnet today.

Thank you to the validators who made it happen.

Espresso mainnet can now handle up to 1 million transactions per second.

And finality stays under a second, even at that peak load.

How we did it, and why it matters ↓

Validator spotlight: @denodes_io

"We believe validators should contribute beyond uptime by helping ecosystems grow through technical expertise and community support."

deNodes is an independent team that maintains reliable validator infrastructure across multiple blockchain networks, including Monad, Celestia, and Aztec.

It joined Espresso's testnet in Sept 2024, became a genesis validator at mainnet launch, and has supported the ecosystem throughout with education & tooling.

On Sept 9, Espresso validators upgraded mainnet, achieving a key milestone: Espresso now finalizes transactions in under a second.

Consensus, networking, block building, and data availability were rebuilt from the ground up to get there.

Validator spotlight: @Nethermind

"Fast removes the wait. Reliable removes the doubt."

That's how Nethermind describes what Espresso brings to them, and they bring the credibility to back it up.

A core contributor to Ethereum since 2017, Nethermind builds and maintains one of the most widely deployed execution clients on the network.

They run staking and node infrastructure at scale, alongside a security practice spanning audits and formal verification.

On Espresso since October 2025, they see fast shared finality as one of the unsolved problems for chains today.

Decentralizing Espresso was a natural next step.
