Here's the recording from AGNTCon.

It's advertised as a debate but I feel like we all forgot what point of view we were supposed to be supporting 😅

First time on stage in years!

Surprise! Turns out I'm subbing in for our fearless @KeycardAI leader, @ianlivingstone for a panel this afternoon at AGNTCon: "Security in a Headless World".

Will be both exciting and intimidating to be on the stage, debating with giants like @dexhorthy, @scottcjohnston and @andrewbecherer.

Wish me luck! 😅

.@ajambrosino agent-> human prompts can easily exceed the vertical space of the ChatGPT window (and screen) making it impossible to scroll to see the full question and the context in which the question is being asked.

Suggestion: pop-out option or open-questions sidebar / ui.

And not just reason but also have facilities for safely changing those facts through ITL other harness-facilitated flows.

Bringing something like this to MCP would be a huge unlock for mission-based authorization.

Credentials and corresponding challenges need to be in-path of a harness so that an agent can reason over its own access paths. Challenges in particular are useful here.

Models don't have any skin in the game. They structurally can't. It seems like the humans operating them feel like they don't either.

This is where the risk of rogue AI lives: the lack of back-pressure on humans making decisions with real consequences.

@joshmanders @jakerunzer @Railway @ngeloxyz Yea that looks pretty agentically 'off the rails' to me

I think the models are getting a bit too good at this point and we'll have to ban any sort of non-manual testing externally

Will make sure this never happens again. Apologies @joshmanders!

GPT Astra staring into the weights.

Rikiya Takehi @rikiyatakehi 5d
We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math.
It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training.

We call this Weight-Space Programming: frontier LLMs can now natively read/write neural network weights! 🧵
