We’re back at Eudēmonia for our third year as title sponsor. On the panel: Tiffany Lester, MD, Function’s Women’s Health Medical Director, discussing how to turn your results into informed action.

8 out of 10 Function members take action based on what they learn from their results. But what happens after you make those changes? That’s where tracking trends comes in.

One result shows you where you are today. Tracking your results over time helps you understand what might be working, what deserves more attention, and what to discuss with your doctor.

More data becomes more useful when you have the context to make sense of it.

At @EudemoniaSummit? Find us tomorrow in the Expo at booth #601. Take a right when you walk in and look for our plants! Come hang out and book your lab draw or MRI.

Caveats of the study: Sleep was self-reported, and the data shows a link, not cause and effect. 🧵
