Huge shoutout to @z_alexander_x for the inspiration on MCP. Alexander built a very comprehensive Python based MCP server that aims to be a one-stop server for multiple databases in the future.

What if instead of fetching data you sync'd it to an in-browser PGlite instance? Free offline support, no stale data, snappy UX.

The @ElectricSQL folks are making this a reality with their new sync engine - some very cool ideas here worth checking out.
