A big thank you to all of you who participated in our events in term 1! There are lots of activities to look forward to in term 2! 🤩

We look forward to seeing you again after the holiday!

Industry/Academia Talk this Thursday!

Join us for our first industry talk of 24/25!

This Tuesday, we will welcome Emma Laing, Director of Computational Biology at GSK! She is going to talk about her industry experience at the world-leading pharma company GSK.

👾This Tuesday (19th Nov), at Huxley 144, we’ll host a Kahoot quiz on topics related to computational biology, including some fun facts and basic coding. It won’t be super technical or tricky!

P.S. There will be free snacks for everyone and a prize for the winner!🎉

This Tuesday (5th November), at Huxley 144 Lecture Theatre, we’re going to host an introductory R workshop. We will cover the basics of R and you’ll have the chance to apply what you will learn through case studies during the session. See you next week!
