Since we launched SovAI 6 months ago, we have invested in over a dozen British AI companies, designed and launched a unique procurement scheme to make Government a better customer - with over 100 companies now in that process - and have supported entrepreneurs voices in Govt on everything from non-competes to essential data access.

It’s great to have an additional 25% funding to expand our areas of focus to include industrial applications of AI, and buy more services from British start-ups in particular in cyber security.

Here’s to an even bigger next 6 months - so much more to do.

If it wasn’t obvious already we’re in a completely new paradigm of cyber vulnerabilities.

Product teams at Cloudflare, Mozilla, Chrome, Safari etc are doing incredible work keeping up - but wow we need more and better defensive cyber models to harden applications and the web yesterday.

It is astonishing to read in the @thetimes today an Op-Ed from @parismarx saying AI hasn’t changed anything! Head in the sand is not a strategic option.
