The Estate of Jason David Frank has repeatedly reported the theft and impersonation of one of Jason's TikTok accounts through all official Tiktok channels. Despite following the proper processes, the account remains under unauthorized control and is being used fraudulently.

We are respectfully requesting escalation and assistance from TikTok to protect Jason's legacy and prevent further impersonation. This is not a political issue - it is about basic platform accountability and estate rights.

We would prefer to resolve this privately, but after exhausting all official channels, we are asking for help publicly.
