THIS is adversity… Look at how Hurts responded in moment & in career moving forward.

Didn’t quit, stayed at Alabama following year as backup, graduated & transferred so he could play

Heisman finalist, All-Pro, Super Bowl MVP & Champ

Respond to adversity like THIS- COMPETE!

Wow. Never-before-seen locker room footage of Nick Saban telling Jalen Hurts he was turning to Tua Tagovailoa in the 2017 National Championship Game.

I know article is targeting privates. I know recruiting is illegal by @PIAASports

We have public schools breaking these bylaws in our area as well. Students in communities get tossed aside for out of district athletes who are recruited & don’t live in community. Why is that ok?

Mike Sielski @MikeSielski Sep 17

According to @PIAASports bylaws, recruiting isn’t allowed at any school: public, private, charter. But several public-school coaches believe programs throughout the Philadelphia Catholic League are bending or breaking the rules.

Lots of travel program directors in our area need to watch this clip…

Rondo nails it!

Rajon Rondo tells Kendrick Perkins to his face that he refuses to run up the score in NBA youth basketball

"whenever I get up 30 I challenge my guys to do different things. I stop allowing fast break layups and I work on execution and then I'll maybe try different defensive schemes"

"I'm not going to just keep applying pressure trying to beat you by 90 points I do not do that...I'm obviously trying to play in different tournaments to where I'm not winning by 30 or 40"

"people called and they was like do you guys want to play 17? I was like perfect please. So like I said I'm always looking for a challenge...If I'm winning about 70 40 57 it's there it's no point of me playing like I don't want to waste the parents money"

I will never understand coaches like this…

I don’t care how good you are or THINK you are, just be a good person.

Guy hasn’t even coached a game yet and is firing a radio team whose careers were made at BC simply bc they were there before him? JOKE

Just be a good person…
