①整理券配布について
●整理券配布対象
11/3（火・祝）のプレビュー入場券をお持ちの方
※整理券配布時にチケットの確認を行います。
※11/3（火・祝）に入場できるチケットであれば、来場時間枠の時刻に関わらずご参加いただけます。

●整理券配布場所
麻布台ヒルズギャラリー前
（麻布台ヒルズガーデンプラザA MB階）

●整理券配布時間
11/3（火）9:00〜（予定枚数に達し次第終了）
※当日は8:30より会場にて待機列を形成いたします。
※8:30より前にお並びいただくことはできません。
　近隣施設へのご迷惑となりますので、早朝からの待機はご遠慮くださいますようお願いいたします。

●整理券配布に関する注意事項
・整理券は予定配布枚数に達し次第、配布を終了いたします。
・整理券1枚につき、1名様のみご参加いただけます。
・チケット枚数に関わらず、1名様につきお受け取りいただける整理券は1枚までです。整理券配布列への並び直しはできません。
・必ずチケットをご購入されたご本人様がお並びください。
・整理券の譲渡・転売は固くお断りいたします。
・安全な運営のため、当日の混雑状況等により、整理券の配布方法を予告なく変更する場合がございます。

②記念撮影会について
●参加対象
11/3（火・祝）のプレビュー入場券をお持ちで、かつ整理券をお持ちの方

●開催場所
麻布台ヒルズギャラリー
（麻布台ヒルズガーデンプラザA MB階）

●開催時間
11/3（火・祝）13:20集合、13:30開始
※整理券のお呼び出し（集合時間）に合わせて会場へお越しいただきますようお願いいたします。
※整理券のお呼び出し（集合時間）に遅れた場合、イベントにご参加いただけない可能性がございます。
　その際、チケットの払い戻し等の対応はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

●記念撮影会に関する注意事項
・入場券の来場時間枠について
※整理券をお持ちの方は撮影会参加のための再入場(一回限り)または来場時間を繰り上げてのご来場が可能です。
・撮影について
※小島監督とファンのみなさまとの複数人での集合写真を公式カメラで撮影いたします。個別撮影ではございませんのであらかじめご了承ください。
※お写真は展示公式Xアカウントからの投稿をもってのお渡しとなりますので、SNSでの公開にご了承いただける方のみご参加ください（写真の個別確認や編集対応などはできかねます）。
※撮影会中はご自身または同行者の方のスマホやカメラで撮影を行うことはできません。
※撮影会中、小島監督とのツーショット写真撮影やサイン、その他個別のご対応などはできかねます。ご了承ください。
※安全のため、撮影の際は運営スタッフの指示に従っていただくようお願いいたします。また、他のお客様のご迷惑になる行為や展示の運営上危険と判断した行為等があった場合は、運営スタッフによりご退場いただく場合がございます。
※当日はイベントの記録および広報のため、会場内にカメラ撮影が入ります。
　参加者の皆さまが写り込む場合がございますのでご了承ください。
・会場について
※本イベントは会場内での実施となるため、会場外からの観覧・立ち見は一切できません。
また、チケットをお持ちでない方や、お呼び出し前（待機時間中）の整理券をお持ちの方向けの待機スペースはございません。
※通路の混雑防止および近隣施設へのご迷惑となりますので、会場周辺での滞留・お集まり・立ち止まりは固くご遠慮ください。
・運営について
※安全な運営のため、当日の混雑状況等により、入館方法やご案内内容を予告なく変更する場合がございます。
※やむを得ない事情によりイベントが変更・中止になる可能性がございます。その際のチケットの払い戻し等はいたしません。

Please read the following information carefully before participating.

① Numbered Ticket Distribution
● Eligibility
Visitors holding a Preview Admission Ticket valid for Tuesday, November 3 (a national holiday in Japan).
- Your admission ticket will be checked when numbered tickets are distributed.
- Visitors with a Preview Admission Ticket valid for November 3 may participate regardless of their designated exhibition entry time slot.

● Distribution Location
In front of Azabudai Hills Gallery
(Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza A, MB Floor)

● Distribution Time
Tuesday, November 3, from 9:00 AM (until all available numbered tickets have been distributed)
- The line will open at the venue at 8:30 AM on the day of the event.
- Lining up before 8:30 AM is not permitted. To avoid disturbing neighboring facilities, please refrain from arriving early in the morning to wait.

● Important Notes Regarding Numbered Ticket Distribution
・Distribution will end once all available numbered tickets have been distributed.
・Each numbered ticket is valid for one person only.
・Each person may receive only one numbered ticket at a time, regardless of the number of admission tickets they hold. You may not rejoin the numbered ticket distribution line.
・The person who purchased the admission ticket must line up in person.
・Transferring or reselling numbered tickets is strictly prohibited.
・To ensure a safe and orderly event, the distribution procedure may be changed without prior notice depending on crowd conditions or other circumstances on the day.

② Group Photo Session
● Eligibility
Visitors who hold both a Preview Admission Ticket valid for Tuesday, November 3 (a national holiday in Japan) and a numbered ticket for the photo session.

● Location
Azabudai Hills Gallery
(Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza A, MB Floor)

● Date & Time
Tuesday, November 3 (a national holiday in Japan)
Gathering Time: 1:20 PM
Start Time: 1:30 PM
- Please arrive at the venue at the designated gathering time for your numbered ticket.
- If you arrive after your designated gathering time, you may not be able to participate in the event. Please note that admission tickets will not be refunded in such cases.

● Important Notes Regarding the Photo Session
Regarding Exhibition Entry Time Slots
・Visitors holding a numbered ticket for the photo session may re-enter the exhibition once for the purpose of participating in the photo session, or enter the exhibition earlier than their originally designated time slot. If you have already purchased an admission ticket, we encourage you to consider participating.

Regarding Photography
・Group photos of Hideo Kojima with participating fans will be taken using the official camera. Please note that these will be group photos, rather than individual photos with each participant.
・Photos will be made available through posts on the exhibition's official X account. Only those who consent to having their photos published on social media may participate. Requests to review or edit individual photos cannot be accommodated.
・You and anyone accompanying you may not take photos using personal smartphones or cameras during the photo session.
・One-on-one photos with Hideo Kojima, autographs, and other individual requests cannot be accommodated during the photo session.
・For everyone's safety, please follow all instructions provided by event staff during the photo session. Anyone engaging in behavior that disturbs other visitors or is deemed a safety risk to exhibition operations may be asked to leave by event staff.
・Cameras will be in use at the venue for event documentation and promotional purposes. Please be aware that participants may appear in the resulting images or footage.

Regarding the Venue
・As this event will take place inside the venue, viewing from outside the venue, including standing to watch, will not be permitted.
・No waiting areas will be provided for visitors without admission tickets or for numbered ticket holders who have not yet been called to assemble.
・To prevent congestion in walkways and avoid disturbing neighboring facilities, please do not gather, linger, or stop in the areas surrounding the venue.

Regarding Event Operations
・To ensure a safe and orderly event, entry procedures and event instructions may be changed without prior notice depending on crowd conditions or other circumstances on the day.
・The event may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. Admission tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
