The Long-Term Stock Exchange is hiring a Head of Business Development, Listings, to help connect companies with a public market built around long-term value creation.
You’ll work directly with CEOs, C-suite leaders, and boards of directors to connect their strategic ambitions with the business case for listing on the Long-Term Stock Exchange. You’ll have room to shape business development strategy, build trusted relationships, and guide companies from initial conversations to a listing decision.
This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team, with a direct impact on the business’s growth. We’re looking for entrepreneurial drive, strong commercial judgment, and the credibility and persistence to earn trust in the boardroom.
Long-Term Stock Exchange CEO and Board Chair Maliz Beams will join @Costco Board Director Maggie Wilderotter and @NACD Governance 100 honoree Tanuja Dehne for the NACD Florida Chapter’s webinar, “Board Culture Driving Long-Term Value: Beyond Quarterly Governance,” on Monday, 9/28, 4:30-6 p.m. ET.
Join for a discussion on how board culture can help strengthen CEO relationships, navigate disruption, and oversee AI while keeping long-term value in view.
Long-Term Stock Exchange CEO Maliz Beams spoke with Traders Magazine about her priorities for the Exchange, opportunities to capture more trading activity, and the investments that will support its expansion. tradersmagazine.com/featured_artic…
The Long-Term Stock Exchange filed a comment letter with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission this week on the proposed rescission of Rule 611.
LTSE recommends adopting a large-order exemption rather than rescinding Rule 611:
"The Proposal’s most concrete investor-facing concern is that Rule 611 requires institutional orders to access small displayed quotations, signaling trading intentions. A large-order or block exception meets that concern directly—relieving large orders of the obligation to sweep small protected quotations—while preserving order protection for the retail-sized orders that benefit from it most."
