I really don’t get people who hated on Gurman as “biased” for (correctly) describing the huge supply issue for the Duo launch when he’s had a completely opposite tone of positivity wrt the app support situation for *literally the same device.* Where’s the bias supposed to be?

I thought John Ternus did well on his first earnings call and comparing him to Cook, who did calls for 25 years across both his own era and the Jobs period, is outrageous. Ternus will only improve and of course there are scripts for an SEC-regulated activity.

Odd omission I haven’t seen discussed: Apple’s website isn’t accepting trade-ins for the early 2026 MacBook Pros. There are some M5 Pro/Max buyers who want to trade in their recent models for the OLED/Touch version. I get that the chips are the same and still relatively new.
