Confidence isn’t built by changing your plan every at-bat.

It’s built by trusting one plan in every situation.

Before: “My approach depended on the situation.”

Now: “I always have the same approach.”

One approach. More confidence.

Most hitters think confidence comes from getting hits.

@emeryboots2030 is proving the opposite.

We’ve barely touched her swing.

Instead:

🧠 Mindset
👁️ Focus
🎯 Approach

Better plan.
Better reset.
Better results.

“I just know.”

That’s confidence. 🔥

Stop defining swings by how they look in practice, but more by how they WORK in games.

Perfect mechanics can take years and even decades to develop, but the right approach (for YOU) will unlock the best of what you got RIGHT NOW.

Refinement of mechanics comes later in the player’s development . The majority of the hitting world is trying to refine hitter’s swings when they really need to develop their foundation…

Their Mindset, Focus, & Approach at the plate.
