Heartbreaking moment seen at Amsterdam airport as someone has to give up their Guarana fresh from Brazil due to re-doing security upon landing.π―οΈ

Almost a year to the day since @RAINvard and I flew out to LA to film the announcements of @100Thieves returning to Counter-Strike with @seangares @TheMaelk and the foundations of the project truly took shape. Back then we identified the Singapore major as a realistic possibility for us and now we've qualified starting from nothing and building the team in our own vision. None of this would be possible without the support of @Roobet and all the staff back at HQ who have been behind us through every up and down along the way. Also a deserved shoutout to @sensguino and @ag1LLL who while no longer with us played an important part in those first formative months earlier this year.
Next step is clawing our way into the tier 1 invite bubble and beyond.

Come get your unethical VRS points here.
100tβs fairytale run to the last major spot came off the back of the americas teamsβ VRS.View quoted post on X
bottom line is they were the only EU team at fire last chance. NA and SA teams were using that event as their own last shot at the major, and 100t got to take some of that opportunity away because they could afford to fly everyone over from europe and put them in hotels, cause VRS is pay to play.
coming in as the top seed over NRG also shifted the seeding. once wildcard dropped a game in their group, the quarterfinal draw ended up brutal for both NA teams. NRG and wildcard had to play each other, and that knocked NRG out of the major straight away. Im not sure the exact simulations, but they may have had a chance if it was a Wildcard/NRG final?
Its obviously the right thing to do business wise, but its a bit of a bad look to opportunistically do this, especially since their GM is an ex NA manager and probably knows how hard it can be in that region...
zander is perhaps a lesser known part of our success as he's not seen, but no less valuable than anyone else on the team! Deserves as much plaudits as anyone else.
When I came to @100T_CS I knew the size of the challenge, specially being an unranked and brand new team, but doing it with @gla1ve_cs was a no brainer. Obviously being in the major is a huge achievement but the grind starts now.View quoted post on X
