Mine actually started off pretty great! Had a really good day at work, switching things up and managing instead of bartending. Came home, took a lovely little nap, and even dinner was great!

Then came the not-so-fun part of the evening. Going over separation agreements after 22+ years together. And well, after all these years, we still don’t always see eye to eye. Things got a little heated, stressful, and definitely put a damper on an otherwise really good day.

But you know what? That’s life. Not every moment is going to be sunshine and rainbows. Some days are going to test our patience, our strength, and our peace.

I’m not going to let a rough ending ruin an entire day of good things.

So I’m calling it a night, getting some sleep, and leaving today’s stress right where it belongs. In today.

Tomorrow is a new day, a fresh start, and another opportunity to make it a good one. 💕

Whatever kind of day you had, I hope you go to bed knowing that tomorrow is another chance to turn things around.
