Lord save us from lefty dingbat economics. This will drive insurers out of the state and pricing will go up, not down. Insurance works with math, not magic. The wildfire risk isn’t driven by Super Bowl ads, it’s the vexing issue of how to mutualize the cost of insuring people who build houses in wildfire areas to people who do not (and thus will pay more.)
