@easyJet I’ve noticed on several flights that passengers often move into the front row seats without having booked them, and this is rarely checked. It feels unfair for those of us who pay extra to reserve these seats. Could this be monitored more consistently?

@easyJet disappointed with this. You cancelled my flight and will not refund airport parking. Why would I need airport parking if I wasn’t flying. I am really not feeling the love. Privilege card membership seeming a waste of money as the service is getting worse.
